Burn in Hell, Fruit Company

I just got out of my first eye exam in literally ten years, and I have like in those ten years basically been, I can’t, I can’t imagine how I could have been a worse caretaker of my eyes, sleep deprivation, screen use completely without consideration, using the same prescription for those ten years, on and on and on.

And so I was like more than any other time in my life, notably like today, like preparing myself to get quote unquote bad news, which sounds dramatic, but like I guess as I figured it was like, I don’t know, I figured that I should anticipate that.

And assuming that this doctor I hadn’t met before, yeah, I’m just, of course, assuming that they’re not trying to pull my leg, the vision in my left eye has gone from 2040 to 2025, and I’m still at 2020 with both eyes, and she showed me and walked me through the images that they took of my, the inside of my eyeballs, and was telling me all the ways in which they are in perfect condition, and I walk out, and I sit in my car, and I’m like well what am I going to listen to on the way home, so I put the newest episode of Double Tap, which is a show about accessibility in technology, and I find out that fucking Apple Viz is, I just stopped, so I don’t, just to contrast, I don’t know if I’m guilty, I know it’s not constructive to be guilty, to feel guilty, but like, those two things coinciding, really sucks.

And frankly, like, in the past few years, Apple Viz has served me so well, notably Apple Viz on several occasions, and I guess maybe I should elaborate on it, since I also, the other thing I did before I started talking is I looked on Google News for Apple Viz, there’s nothing of course, you’re probably laughing at me for thinking, for doing that, which is strange, anyway, several instances where Apple Viz was literally the only source of documentation for not just accessibility oriented or related features on Apple platforms, but just regular fucking features, and methodologies, and yeah, good fucking luck Apple Incorporated without Apple Viz, and I almost wanted to say fuck you, but like, to Apple.

But now I’m just going to kick myself, thank you.
